Mark your calendars as the 71st Annual Fayette County Fair returns to the county fairgrounds in Dunbar from Thursday, July 30th, through Saturday, August 8th!
A Fayette county staple for over seven decades, this annual ten day fair features fantastic live entertainment such as The Clarks on August 1st and The Oak Ridge Boys on Aug 8th, free daily entertainment including Pigs Gone Wild racing pigs and Hilby the Skinny German Juggle Boy, agricultural and 4H exhibits, a huge selection of delicious food, a midway with carnival rides and games for all ages by Powers & Thomas Midway Entertainment, Ryse Pro Wrestling on July 31st, and arena events such as the demo derby, tractor pulls, motocross, and more!
Fireworks will be held on Sunday night, August 2nd, at approximately 9:30pm.
Admission to the fair is $20 per person (free for children under 3.) Paid admission includes unlimited carnival rides, outdoor arena, and indoor arena entertainment. Advance sale admission tickets are $15 each and are on sale online and at select locations. See the fair’s Admission page for a list of advance sale ticket locations.
