Annual carnival held by New Cumberland River Rescue No. 1, located at Hillside Elementary School on 7th St in New Cumberland. Dates for the 2025 festival are Wednesday, July 30th, through Saturday, August 2nd. Carnival rides, great food, games, and more!
Hours for the carnival are 6-10pm every night.
