Pleasantville Community Festival

Our Festival is held each year and each year it continues to grow in size and fun. This year we have 3 days of excitement for everyone. We have got amusement rides from “POWELLS AMUSEMENTS” (Fun is their business) Sponsored by Pleasantville’s Business’s Special ride price on Thursday ONLY!

Homemade craft vendors, Food Truck vendors and merchandiser’s will be on hand each day beginning Thursday.

Fun Starts on:

Wednesday – The Pleasantville Fire Dept. Aux is back with their famous Fish Fry Festival kickoff. We will have “Elvis” in the house for your entertainment.

Thursday – Is the special “KIDS NIGHT” we will have lots of activities for kids and there will be “FREE RIDE PASSES FOR EVERYONE” Today Only.

Friday – We are bringing in “SOUTHERN TIER PULLERS” for your Mini Tractor Pulls under the lights. Midway and all vendors will be open also.

Saturday the fun kicks off at 11 am. Vendors will be open with all their goods and tasty treats. POWELL’S AMUSEMENTS – Midway will open @ 1 pm.

We will have live music in the Pavilion with “The HighLife” a Duo from Meadville area that once was the opening act for “KANSAS” Great Sound & Good Times.

The Parade will begin at 4 PM which is always a big show. The old cars and antiques jump into the parade to start off the annual “Car Cruise In” which ends at the Pleasantville VFD park to have fun with “EJ the DJ” from 4:30 til 6:30. To wind down the evening we will have a live concert in the pavillion from 7 -10pm with a local favorite ” LEATHER & LACE”. Then to complete our weekend of fun and excitement we have ” GIBSON’S ” back once again for their amazing Fireworks Display.

We hope you will come out and see us and enjoy some great food from our VFD Aux. and all the other food vendors. Make sure to check out all the crafters for that one special item you never knew existed. Then sit back and relax to some of the area’s best musicians. It is bound to make everyone weekend enjoyable and the kids worn out.
