Western Pennsylvania Balloon Quest, sponsored by theΒ Union Township Volunteer Fire Dept, will take place from Wednesday, July 11th through Sunday, July 14th (with balloon launches only on the morning of the 15th), located at Scotland Meadows Park in New Castle.

The festival features hot air balloon launches, carnival rides, lots of great food, entertainment, demonstrations, and much more. Admission to the festival is free.

Wednesday, July 11th is Preview Night where the carnival, food, and vendors will be open.

Thursday night will feature the Balloon Glow at 9:15pm. Hot air balloon launches will take place on Friday evening, Saturday morning & evening, and Sunday morning. Sunday will only have balloon launches in the morning with no carnival/food/etc.

Unlimited ride armband specials are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6-11pm for $16 per armband. On Saturday there are two armband sessions from 1-5pm for $10 per armband & 6-11pm for $16 per armband.
